Miharu Wismar, Licensed Massage Therapist

Miharu is originally from Japan. She had suffered from a chronic stiff neck and stiff shoulder since she was 10 years old and massage has been an interest of hers since then. She went on to become a Registered Nurse and Paramedic before coming to America with her husband and son. She has been a US resident for 20 years and is a proud mother of four. Finally she pursued a Massage Therapist Certification at Cortiva Institute (CCMT) in Westport/ Cromwell, and is now a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Miharu specializes in Myofascial Release, a combination of Deep Tissue and Trigger Points Massage, Cupping, Prenatal massage, Thai Massage Stretch and Reiki. She is also taking class for Orthopedic massage and is in the process of becoming a Reiki master. Her massage is constantly evolving, flowing and relaxing.
